Sometimes, people like to act like they know everything. And when they end up in trouble, what do they do? Point the finger. Twist the story. Look the other way.

Sometimes, people like to make decisions without protocol. But when the same is done upon them, they become furious.

Sometimes, you are put into cold storage. ‘Cos the other person wants to have a hand in your department.

Sometimes, you see see your people wither. And the worst thing is that you can’t do anything about it.

Sometimes, you just have to think if it’s all worth it.
